Dugit Messianic Outreach Centre was established in 1993 as a place to reach Israelis with the Gospel and to disciple them to become strong believers; rooted and grounded in the Word of God. Dugit (meaning Small Fishing Boat in Hebrew) invites Israelis to hear the good news of their Messiah over a free cup of coffee and also hosts groups from all over the world to take to the streets of Tel Aviv.

In 1996, Adonai Roi (The Lord is my Shepherd), a Messianic Jewish Congregation, led by Avi, began with a few people meeting together in a private home and has grown into a vibrant community.

The ministry has now expanded to include The Agape Distribution Center, which helps to provide food and clothing to needy Israelis; and the VIP Prayer Tower, which invites believers from Israel and the nations to intercede and worship the Living God.
