Soup Kitchen We’ve started a soup kitchen 2x a week serving a full meal in conjunction with a Russian speaking Messianic congregation and Calvary Chapel. Once a week, the Calvary chapel has a medical clinic as well. We provide the place and often volunteers for the soup kitchen. Lately there has been over a hundred needy people visiting each day, so they have expanded to 2 rooms and are anticipating expanding to 3 days or perhaps daily. In June 2006, the Distribution Center moved out of its small facility near the Central Bus Station, one of the poorest districts in Tel Aviv, to Beit Esther our congregational location. The new facility not only provides triple the space, but also direct access to the people we are trying to reach. The center serves over 200 families per month, reaching out with the practical love of Yeshua.
